Fear has a strange way of getting the better of people.

It sneaks right in, disguised as pride, then jealousy, then begrudging acceptance, quietly building up into an eventual burst of anger so consuming that it just blocks everything else out.

It knows no reasons.

Wants no explanations.

Needs no lies—

"There's something I need to tell you," Sho calmly starts. "After dinner."

Kazu doesn't even bother throwing his partner a glance. "Are you getting back together with him?"

"What? Who?" Sho sputters, almost choking on his soba. Kazu hasn't even touched his.

"Is this what it's all about? Is this why you're suddenly taking a week-long leave from work and getting all sweet on me?"

"Kazu, you've just lost me—"

"I have, haven't I?"

"No! I mean... I don't get what you're talking about—"

"Ohno." Kazu watches his partner's face blanch out, eyes widen with guilt. "I already know."

Oh my gosh. I want Yama to end up together somehow but Kazu's pain is just...

I hope things will work out well for everyone in the end. I want to know what happened to them all. AAAHHHH. Poor Kazu. Poor Sho. Poor Ohno.

I think I may have just fallen deeper in-love with Sakumiya working on this series... But I did always want Yama to be together in the end. ^^<3
