LOL~!! I was thinking about the same thing~!! I think what they did to Sho was indeed a kind of event/sport from wherever strange country they hail from. They did say they often do that on their favorite day, which also happens to be an important occasion in their country. xD
That being said, where did these two dorks come from? Ohno was quick to point it out when Nino started talking normally ("wow, you've gotten good in Japanese" xD).
