I can't remember when exactly I started to pay attention to that habit of him, but it's around last year when I watched the 'love rainbow' pv making of in which he was talking with Ohno while scratching some parts of his body XD and that reminded me that I've been wondering about it since I watched him scratching in the training camp dvd XD then to make sure of it I re-watched some of their shows and found that the bpdy part he often scrathes is his neck, lol XD
