The problem was never in the execution.

Because Sho Sakurai had gobbled up, with the diligence and enthusiasm of a child, everything that his boyfriend, famed artist Satoshi Ohno, taught him about art.

But not even the older man’s patient words and subtle mockeries could keep the vivid imageries in Sho’s head from spilling out in a mangled mess on the canvass.

Then, Satoshi had that accident one day.

And the sight of the clumsy old man’s blood pooling at the bottom of the stairs served as an artistic epiphany for Sho.

His visions would eventually find life. In crimson.
