***More than a drabble. Because it's the halfway mark! XD

Fifteen years of memories could get pretty overwhelming, especially when it had just occurred to Satoshi that if he hadn’t agreed to fly to Hawaii and board that boat, he would’ve missed out on a lot of the most invaluable moments of his life.

He had been crying over this every night. And every night he had been comforted by Sho’s presence beside him. Warm hugs and kisses and sweet nothings whispered in between—

Nino had been the first to knock asking for a cuddle. “You’re sleeping on the couch tonight, old man. Kazunari needs Mama’s love right now.”

Sho snorted as he gathered the meddlesome brat in his arms, and was still laughing when another knock clipped off Satoshi’s mock appeals for parental justice.

Aiba, at least, showed a little shame. Rubbing a hand to his nape while saying, “Can I sleep here tonight, Leader?”

“Come right in, Masaki.” Sho called out instantly before Satoshi could slam the door close on the grinning idiot’s face.

Jun’s came over last. Didn’t even bother asking before pushing past the gawking Satoshi with a dismissive, “Hey...”

Fifteen years could get pretty overwhelming. But to have spent all of it with these guys, in tears and in laughter, in sickness and in health, and in whatever else they had had to conquer together, Satoshi knew he could never have lived such an amazing life with anybody else.

Tonight though, he couldn’t help but wish the three idiots lumped together on his bed, arms and legs anchored on each other like three impish brothers rallying against the throbbing need in Papa’s trousers, would just melt away and vanish in a puff of smoke—

“These brats...!” he grunted.

“Isn’t it amazing, though?” Sho giggled from the opposite end of the kaze barrier. “That we could all still fit in one bed?”

Half of Satoshi’s butt was already slipping off the edge, but he ended up smiling and bumping Jun a little because there’s just no way he’s ever going to think of abandoning this ship again.

Especially when Sho, his shadow leader and fated owner of his heart, was giving him that look which spoke of confidence and respect, love and appreciation, with just the tiniest hint of a promise for a better, wilder night tomorrow—

“Will you two stop eye-fucking each other and just go to sleep? Mou!!”

In a synchronized rush honed by fifteen years of practiced mood-reading, four hands went flying in from four different directions to pitch a mutual slap on Aiba’s forehead.

They took a full minute to stop laughing over this.

Spent until dawn reminiscing their interconnected memories.

And fell asleep in a tangle of arms, legs and sweet dreams of a shared life fifteen more years in the making.
