“Still awake?”
Satoshi glanced up from his fishing magazine at Sho taking off his shoes. “I was watching News Zero.”
“That’s been, like, two hours ago.”
“I' was waiting for you.”
He watched in silent anticipation as his grinning partner came over for a quick kiss. “Go to sleep...”
Humming, Satoshi decided to wait in the bedroom as Sho headed for the shower.
Moments later, and bringing along the scent of an entire flower garden with him, Sho would groggily crawl face down into the bed. “‘Night, Satoshi...”
His gentle snores would finally lull Satoshi to sleep much later on.
